No Return & Cancellation Policy

At preloved bookstore, we take pride in carefully curating our collection of preloved books. Please note the following policies:

1. No Returns

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. Please read the details carefully before making a purchase.

2. No Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your cart before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve the problem promptly and get back to you in 12 hours with a solution. Damaged item will be replaced with in 3 to 4 days .

4. No Refunds:

All sales are final, and we do not provide refunds for any reason, including change of mind or buyer's remorse.

There will be no refunds after the products has been sold
